APPALLING SERVICE!! I CANT BELIEVE MY ORDER

I cannot believe KFC in adderley street . I ordered the Streetwise pap meal , no one bothered to tell me what was available and what was not. The lady gives me my order and just tells me there is no gravy she gave me coleslaw. I could not believe this. i asked how i was suppose to eat the pap dry and white. No one cared. She and her collegue instead had a personal conversation and i had no choice but to exit the store, with an order that i cannot eat!! RIDICULOUS. service is at an all time low at this branch. ZERO
