Appalling Service from KFC TONGAAT

Placed an order today 27 May 20 at 17.20pm at Tongaat KFC I have called twice to check how far with the delivery, confirmed it left the store, again called was told he will call me back to advise how far. It is now 19.43pm still no food or feedback. Appalling Service even after calling serval times and confirming my order on every occasion. If u cannot deliver the service, do not advertise for it.
