Appalling Service from KFC Online.

We placed an order with KFC online on Sunday 05/12/2021 and order was due to be delivered at 1949 hrs. However, at 1959 we received a message that " ...the delivery driver couldn't contact us..." we had to drive 10km away to collect our order at Edenglen KFC.

The in-store manager was very helpful though.
