Appalling service for being in a township

KFC Ekhaya shopping center, the service is really disgraceful. I order a fully loaded box meal. Firstly they tell me they don't have lettuce, I am ok with that. My only instruction is for them to give me a drumstick on that meal.. I get asked what I want to drink, I say coke, they say they don't have coke. I order a sprite instead. I my food I find a breast piece, I drink my beverage, I find water. I am livid and. Will never buy from there again. U never find services bad at other places, just because the franchise in located in a township, it doesn't mean the quality should diminish.
