Appalling service!

Ordered using Mr. D online at KFC Pepper Grove, Grahamstown. The pick-up was at 14:47 - came in late at 15:20 to collect. The order wasn't ready and I waited almost 45 minutes. The worst and annoying part, orders were served out to patrons who ordered in front of me.
