APPALLING SERVICE AT KFC MAKHADO DRIVE THRU

<p>I have on countless occasions received an incorrect order (we are fairly regular customers), however I have not ever complained and I brushed it off as an honest mistake or the franchise being busy. I again ordered food today with the franchise having next to none customers. I ordered an AM twister (only hashbrown) and I received a crunch wrap. HOW IS THAT THE SAME AT ALL? COUNTLESS times I order extra sauce and receive almost none, the chips are NEVER fresh, COUNTLESS times I receive a completely wrong order.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not dare complain to their face or return an order because I can just imagine how they will abuse my food behind the scenes.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their service is absolutely ridiculous and just plain wrong on purpose.</p>
