Appalling Service at Bellville KFC

I have had the shocking displeasure of receiving an appalling service from KFC Bellville this evening. I had ordered a Family treat 8 pc meal with two zinger wing sides and snack burgers. I drove home not 5 minutes and proceeded to open what I bought. To my dismay I found that almost everything within aside from the hot chips was ice cold. The zinger wings were ice cold and over cooked, the snack burgers looked thrown together and overly garnished with mayo. What's worse is that the chicken, specifically the breasts looks as if the staff had cut away at it before preparing it. I spent R190 tonight and felt like my family was ****** a good meal and that it was truly money wasted. PS I had noted that the staffer that put my order together threw everything in a bag and couldn't palm off my order in a hurried disinterested fashion any quicker than she did. Lastly, the cold chicken came stuck together within the box as well.
