Appalling service.

My husband and I waited over an hour for our meal. KFC Vredenburg at West Coast mall has the worst service I have ever experienced.

There was no manager to come and inform the multiple cars in the drive through and once we received our food it was ice cold and the order was wrong.

We stood outside in the line and with multiple people complaining the manager came strolling out with no apology for the wait.

The incompetence of the workers is appalling and I highly recommend you drive a little further before supporting them.
