Appalling service

29-06-2025 (i think it was around 15:30) I went to the new KFC Fountain Plaza in protea glen to buy food. When I got to the store the self-service machine was not working. I made the lady working on the till and the manager aware and I was told to go out of the store and go order at the drive thru. when i asked if they lady on the till if she was serious she said yes. i than asked why is it difficult for her to assist me in the store as she had headphones on (taking orders for customers at the drive thru), she said she could not assist again. i asked her, in front of the manager if they want a customer to go buy at a different food outlet and they responded yes.
