Appalling service

<p>I bought dunked wing and a very berry krusher I was told that wing are not ready and they might take some time bare in mind that I was on lunch, cashier gives me the krusher without wings I aske her where are my wings she says u'll get then just now 15mins later I ask again I'm told the same thing. I asked why was I given the krusher in the 1st place if the whole order is not ready cos the krusher is getting watery manager Mthunzi says why am I not drinking I tell him that I want to drink it with my dunked wings. He gives me a smerk turns around and says " THIS CUSTOMER DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHE WANT" it's 45mins still no wings, when I get them it's zinger wings not dunk wings I felt defeated, my whole lunch gone with the wrong order. This is KFC Ghandi Square.</p>
