Appalling service

<p>KFC Ghandi Square has to be the worst restaurant I have visited, so I ordered dunked wings and very berry krusher the cashier Ntswaki doesn't tell me that wings are not ready they might take some time I wait for 10 minutes then I get my krusher I tell the lady that it is not well mixed and the kady that was mixing it complains and says " it's well mixed what do this customer want" asked where are my dunked wings this lady says I'll get them just now., 5 mins later I ask again where are my wings same lady says she'll check on them but doesn't. I ask the same lady what is happening I get told that they are coming 20mins later still no wings bare in mind that my krusher is getting watery now, the lady calls the manager Mthunzi I ask him why wasn't I told that they still preparing the wings and why was I given the krusher if I'll wait this long for the wings he then ask me why am I not drinking it instead of waiting he didn't even give me a chance to talk as I kept telling him that the they were supposed to tell me the waiting time and serve everything at once. He just looked at me gave me a smirk then said " hai lama customer a today ayadina they just complain nje" then took my krusher and left, when I got my wings it's not dunked wings but zinger wings instead that I have spent my whole lunch (hour) there and got an incorrect order I felt defeated and left.</p> <p> </p>
