appalling service

<p>I’m literally dragging my feet on right this complaint about the same establishment for the third time now of which the last two complaints were never acknowledge at all. kfc is currently running a competition with the cards that are stuck on their streetwise packaging for super strikers. one of the prices is getting to win R10 off every purchase you make at KFC but this particular KFC at 32 King Dinizulu street ( ********** 971) stated that they do not accept that R10 voucher as it is an inconvenience with them when they are cashing up. like whose problem is that supposed to be. I played a competition and won and nowhere did the terms and conditions specify that I must not use this voucher if it’s an inconvenience for the cashier when cashing up. please can somebody give me a bit of clarity on this</p>
