Appalling service

I am appalled by the level of service at KFC Brixton, firstly the store was not even busy at all, I went through their drive thru ordered from their breaksfast meals boom at the collection counter I was told to park they will bring my order....there I waited for 10 minutes got out of my car went inside the store boom again I found the gentlemen also complaining about his order. I asked why must I be inconvenienced like this and why did I have to get out of my car to collect the order after waiting for such a long a long?the two ladies were so not interested one said the manager is receiving stock outside. One gave me my order which I immediately noticed that one coffee was missing she gave me n said she missed the other one. Boom I went at the back to relay my story to mr store manager who was surprised that I was even made to park and wait for such a simple order and by the way the lady in front said they’re short staffed, when I told the manager about being short staffed he was surprised he said that can’t be true the ladies can’t say that. Imagine the time waisted at this store to add salt to the wound I realized that they didn’t even give me two packet of chips when I got home can you believe I was now going mad and the store is far from my house. I was coming from garden city I thought of using that store because it’s convenient m***m
