Appalling service

To say that the service in this branch is poor is an understatement. I came in at 14h30 just to order the 8 piece family treat and I left there an hour later and when I got home I only had 6 pieces. I ordered and waited as per usual people or friends of the staff came in through the staff door and they were leaving with parcels of food and drinks and I still waited. 20mins later I called the # on the receipt 3 times cos I wanted to log a complaint, there was no answer and I am still waiting for a reply back to my message, this was @ 14h58 on the 01/01/16. I decided to ask for a manager, very chilled she came strolling, I could clearly hear that these people were having a blast at the back, they were laughing and singing and enjoying themselves. I told her that I have been waiting for 30mins, she told me that they are shortstaffed and I told her that is not my prob I want my order.She then tells me that her staff works hard and i said yes, they are working hard for people that are not paying customers that can just walk in and leave with food while us paying customers have to wait. She made an excuse about an RM that came and I was not interested that. She left me there and walked
