Appalling food service at KFC Grayson.

The Service delivery at KFC Grayson is pathetic ever since they had "upgraded" their store. The front end layout is absolutely appealing with only 2 till points and 1 serving the food. On average you have to wait at least 20 mins for your purchase. Thought this was supposed to be a fast food outlet. Kfc please go back to your old layout it was better or please improve the front end. Some of us don't have a long lunch break to waste standing in the que.
