Appalling food quality!!!!

I went to the drive through of the Meyerton branch and ordered a Family Trreat 8pc and large pops. What a disgrace that was, the pops were overcooked. The burger patties were so damned tough/rubbery as to be practically inedible.. The chips were old and mostly hard or semi cooked. The chicken pieces were acceptable. When I wanted to complete the survey and complain there, I found that portion of the till slip torn off. How convenient, no Ref number, no survey done. I will neither use this branch, nor will I recommend it to even my worst enemy till things improve remarkably.
