Appalling customer service.. worse food

KFC silverlakes had the worst customer service. The cashier selelo shows utmost disrespect and disregard of service. We ordered our food via kiosk with the hope that we will get good service. We waited for over 45 minutes , whilst every other customer that came after us got served. When we asked selelo about the she dismissals asked what we ordered and dismissaly said we must wait for the meat to be cooked We waited for 15 more minutes only to be told by another employee that our order should have gone out a long time ago. Instead selelo changed orders around. After 1 hour of waiting. Another employee came to tell us that our order is short of 2 meat pieces. This was just the last straw for us. In which KFC are u asked the specifics of your order or made u wait over 1 hour for streetwise 5. This store doesn't even deserve a star. And I am never ever going to order from this store again. Nor will any of my family.
