Appalling Customer Service - KFC The Crescent

Visited KFC The Crescent on Sunday 26/09/2021 at midday. The store got the order incorrect and had items missing. We called the store to report the issue in the hopes that they will show some customer service and offer to correct their error but instead they tell us that when we are next in the area we can stop by to collect the items that they neglected to pack. The Area Manager was in store at the time of the call and was not very helpful either or interested in resolving the issue. His response was essentially the same, when you are next in the area you can stop by and get the missing items. Disgusting customer service considering the store messed up the order but they expect the customer to make the effort to resolve their error or they can't help you. Poorly trained staff and management, especially in the area of customer satisfaction and service.
