Appalling customer service KFC - Mandalay

Today I went to KFC mandalay to buy something and I always use the drive through but it's always a problem but the staff sometimes don't even advise you that you will have to wait for 7 or 8 mins for your meat.. That is basic customer service !!!!! The lady who served us was sooo rude and she did not even apologize when she was giving us our food . She throw it to us like we animals ....
