Appalling Customer Service at KFC Zastron, Bloemfontein

Last night at about 23:00 my partner and I went to KFC, Zastron Bloemfontein, and when we got to the intercom there was no one. We literally stood for a while wondering if they were closed before we proceeded to the payment window. We got there and there was no one either. At the last window we stood again before someone came and asked why we skipped to the last window and insisted there was someone there. When we drove back we found the lady there, she literally not only spoke in a disrespectful tone but fought about how she was there until I told her we had pictures to show she wasn't, which I also showed her. Only then did she admit she wasn''t there. No apology but an attitude. Her name is Nomathemba and is the reason I won't be visiting KFC again. Since I shared this experience on twitter my timeline is filled with other bad experiences shared by others who had bad experiences from the same KFC.
