Appalling customer service

It’s a number of things and mainly their consistent poor service.

I went into KFC Adderley Street yesterday ordered a bucket for one and asked for a side breast, a lady from the back shouted “only drumsticks available”. I then asked for a bucket of 9 pieces and confirmed If it will only drumsticks and the lady said will mix it but you’ll have to it.

I got upset and asked for a refund and went into chicken licken. Today on my lunch I go back to KFC and asked for the same order and the lady said they only have drumsticks with attitude.

This is honestly appalling customer service and very much unacceptable when you bring money into the business.
