Appalling chicken not cleaned...

I am so appalled at the state of service KFC is offering customers, that they will sell customers chicken that is not fully cleaned, leaving the heart of the chicken still intact, I feel if they cannot give good quality service to customers that should reconsider their slogan of being finger licking good, and this branch at Westgate Mall, Mitchell's plain, will receive a 0% rating if they should ask me for a survey, we bought chicken from them on 07 July 2020, thinking it will be a great gestures to surprise the family with take away, seeing it was lockdown and we missed out on the great eats from KFC, and to bite into a piece of chicken and discover that the chicken was not completely clean was an utter shock, I think and feel this branch needs to reconsider serving customers, they shouldn't serve customers what they would not want to ear, if they are use to eating the heart, or other internal organs of the chicken they can do so but I will not recommend the westgate mall branch in Mitchell's plain for anyone to eat at unless they up their standards...and this review is from Eben Engelbrecht, I am expecting a reply otherwise this is posted in the papers with the shocking pictures I have...
