Appalling attitude by the stuff at KFC Fourways Crossing
Good day,
I really hope I get contacted by the owner of KFC Forways crossing. I do not want anything for free out of this complaint but I would like the people responsible for this appalling service to be reprimanded. This is the first time I complain but not at all the first time I get this kind of service at this place. My son and I stood in front of the till ready to order however it was busy at the drive thru and everyone was running around , SHOUTING/SCREAMING and each other. Eventually the guy that was screaming out the ready orders saw us waiting to order and called a woman. This person hardly greeted us and looked at us like she was about to hit us with a very upset face and whilst looking at us with the angry face and I was ordering she continued screaming orders at her colleagues. I did say to her "Why are you screaming" to which she said "I'm not talking to you" again with an attitude, without an apology. I told her she makes me feel like I'm in Home Affairs, she did not say anything and continued looking at me upset, just before my son ordered she already gave me the amount of my order only not waiting for my son to order. I did ask for the manager couple of times at the end I was told to call the number on the slip with more attitude and smirk from all of the stuff which clearly showed me that they either do not care or they do not expect me to contact the manager. My order number is 319 , I was at the shop on 12 Dec 2018 at around 16.50 pm. I have worked in this industry and I more than most people understand the concept of being busy however the way it was handle was unbelievable. If she only came back and acknowledged us and said" Hello, apologies for the delay , I will be with you in a minute " I would have understood and I would have waited silently without a problem. KFC is an international franchise, I'm pretty sure US will not appreciate the way the company is represented in SA. Please correct this ongoing issue, if not you will loose a lot of clients to your competition.
Kind Regards, Vesela
