Appalling attitude

I made an order by the drive through. i then requested that the person change my order of zinger wings be changed from four to eight. I made it clear that she should not add another four on my order, but to make it eight as the prices differ on the two. The person refused to change my order telling me that its a process to change it, and i should just take the order as she put it. <br> I refused and went to her window and requested her to change the order again, and she again refused to do so. this resulted in me having to ask her to return my money, and i had to go park my car and head into the store to place a new order.
