Appalling and Disrespectful Behavior at KFC Tzaneen Crossing

My name is Shane Maake and i have a complaint to raise against the disrespectful behaviour of the Supervisor (Joel) at the KFC Tzaneen Crossing Branch.

At 20:41, i decided to go to your branch to treat my kids to thier favorite desert which is (Orea Treat and Sundae ice cream), and i was assisted by a kind a polite lady by name of Ennie Nkwane.

I paid and she started assisting me with the ice creams right away. When she was done, i noticed that the Oreo Treats were done properly but the Sundae Mixed Berry was not done properly. I raised that concern with the lady that i am not happy with how the Sundae Mixed Berry Ice cream was done. She said okay let me see what i can do ( in a polite manner). She showed Joel the the sundae ice cream and he came to the front in a rude and aggressive manner and said 'sir that's how it done', i said ' but look at it, its not done properly, can you rather give me another Oreo Treat' '. He said to me in reply ' this is the procedure, its either you take it or leave it'. I said to him 'why are you talking in a aggressive and intimidating manner to me, what is your name?'. He said 'my name is Joel, here is name of the area manager ( pointing to something on the wall), there is nothing you can do to me, you are not getting anything, it either you take it or leave, she wont give you another one. I said' why are you forcing me to take it whilst its not done properly'. He just said 'you are not getting anything, do what you want'. He walked away.

I refused to take the sunday ice cream, instead i to take out money again and i bought another Orea Treat to replace the Sundae ice cream.

I have pictures of the Ice cream that was poorly done but unfortunately i did not take a video of his tone and aggressive mannerism as customer were watching with shock. You can check the video recording or the voice recordings if needs be.

I am asking for this to be investigated and he cannot get away this behavior towards customer.

My ticket number is 345 and the replacement ice cream ticket number is 346.
