Appalled by bad service

The staff are so rude,I am so appalled by kfc rondebosch service,i called to ask if the could put a centre piece and wing in my order as I had forgotten to do so when placing my order,she was so rude and told me my order had left already but I had jus placed my order,I called the driver who then told me he is still in the store(thandeka or Thandiwe)the manager (if she is even the manager)just took the fone and left me hanging.the worst customer service.they need to get staff that actual care about their customer,this is our hard earned money that we spending it's not money we are given by kfc staff to spend so we need to be treated w care and feel valued by you.the staff is to *********** and narrow minded they don't know the value of their customers
