Appalled and disgusted customer!

This is the worst KFC I have ever come across. The service is appalling and the staff is very rude and have no customer service. The meat served is either raw or cooked in old oil that taste like fish was cooked in it before the chicken. I use my hard earned money to purchase from them as they are right opposite from where I work but each and everytime I get **** for my money! At this point I think that they should just close KFC ICON or recruite brand new staff and management ,who are more experienced and actually knows what customer service means. Everytime I think to myself "what if I was a mystery shopper",how would I rate them and what would my review be to such shocking service?
