Appaling Service

I placed an online order for my family's supper a few minutes ago. I selected the "collect in store" option and paid for it online. I was disappointed to get to the store and find that it was closed and when I called your customer service line was told that my order could not be rerouted to an open store as there are two other stores in town.If this was the last but of money I had in my account this means that I would've gone to bed hungry tonight.

This is appalling customer service as I should not have been able to even order from a closed store or my order should have atleast been rerouted to an open store when I alerted you of the issue.

Kindly refund the money I paid for the 1st order as I have to place a new order and pay again at the Cathcart store.
