Another KFC with bad service standards

Third time now. KFC Zewenwcht Village Center Ordered vis the drive thru only to arrive at home and the order incorrect. Tonight 29th July I order Dunk burger meal, got home only to find first of all which is a norm, no ketchup or spice and got a Zinger burger instead. Had it not been storming outside I would have driven back. This KFC is not the worst I've been to, but definitely on the list of bad service. The staff or generally friendly but geez, how does this happen so often?
