Annoyed at service

Why is it that I have so many issues at various KFC branches lately. KFC in Klipfontein road in Athlone had been shockingly disappointing. The service is extremely slow whether you going threw the drive thru or walking threw there doors. They always out of something. Today we just wanted pops for our kids but they only had for 1... #shocking

Yesterday we went threw the Capricorn drive thru there was no straws or spices and tomatoe sauce. The 1 pop was filled half. I had a streetwise remix. My chicken looked like it was cut smaller then fried and a tiny piece broken off at the corner. We had driven far way by the time I saw this abomination. If it was up to me I will never support them again ever even if they the last fast food place on earth. But because my little one's love there pop's I keep going back. And to save time I also end up taking something.

I had many other bad experiences and I never complained. But this is rediculous and I've just about had enough.

Train all staff to be professional. And handle and control there stock. So that I don't ever have to here chicken is frozen. Or ice-cream needs time to harden or there just isn't ice-cream.
