Annoyed

I order every weeks for a very long time now and was happy , all of a sudden I could not pay on store ,not only that It take me over an hour just to place an order , I ordered online the special and now could only order 2 as my bank would not allow me to do more as it's small amounts , I then take long to get the app to accept my card only to find out that it has not gone through to the store , money has come off my account but the app is faulty . I am horrified , I had to let my 2 girls down as they see put to it , now i refuse as it takes forever and then s I have to fight as the app takes the money but it does not go through . The branch has stunning staff it's the hell of trying to order online I used to order twice a week now I refuse to order anything I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO ANGRY
