Angry customer

On the 8th of December I ordered some more on the kfc app , my order was not delivered to me and I called immediately and a gentleman told me that they reverse my money within 24hours so he gave me a cas no: *** I waited the whole weekend nothing so lastweek I called again and they said the payment was done but I didn’t receive it on my side the gentleman asked me to forward my bank statement which I did so that the can investigate no1 has communicated with me ever since and when I do send an email they keep asking me about the same thing which is annoying and frustrating on my side because I have done my part now they must refund me back R181 I’m still waiting for the refund . Order no:111617 kfc that I ordered from was in Durban Florida road 2weeks now still nothing from them
