Angry customer

I entered kfc jeepe on thursday night and 1 of the cleaners was so rude. She even asked the cashier if we are seated there for free or if we bought somthing. She even got to the extent of actually showing us her name tag so we can report her as nothing will be done to her. Is this how you tell your workers yo treat us?? On top of that her frienda in the kitchen could hear our argument and made me a pathetic twister.
