Angry customer

I usually order my food at the KFC next to UKZN Howard College coz its close to where I work. Without fail they give me the wrong order so I don't know if this is being done on purpose or what. They charge me extra for sauces that they don't put in my food. I once sent back an order that took them more than 30 min to make correctly. Today they gave me the wrong order again and honestly this is unacceptable because it wasn't the first or 3rd time this is being done.
