Angry and disgusted by KFC service

I am very ****ed off at KFC Greenfields, East London. I ordered on time and paid online, my order was scheduled for 19:15, well 20 mins passed with no update. I called to check on my order, only then was I told there was no driver available and that the store is closed plus I will get my refund after 14 working days. I checked the store online and it shows the store closes at 22:00 and delivery @ 22:30. I'm so disgusted by this, if this is how they treat their customers they must refund me my money soonest!!
