Good day.I'm a regular kfc customer which I normally don't get a good customer service I hardly complain because I'm normally with my clients.Today 30january 2018 I went to kfc to collect my 3mini loaves which they forgot to put on my last order 2days ago..today im buying for R220 at 15:30pm and I'm with my 5year old son who wanted to pee and the workers where fighting to get a key and help him and the general manager Mrs Bonga ntuli refused to help my son n he peed himself since she refused until my order was out what a bad customer service that is on a child.He couldn't walk out of shamed after i he peed himself..disappointed customer!!
