And service at all three branches

Last night my hubby and I went to three different KFC'S but ended up going home without our food and very upset. The ordeal started at KFC Chris Hani branch. Now I have had numerous upsetting ordeals at this branch but I wont get into that now. Anyway last night my hubby and I were in the drive thru and we ordered two wrapster meals. When we got to the window to pay the lady attending to us informs us that the meat is going to take another ten minutes which we said was fine we would wait. She then says her card machine is not working and we told her we dont have any cash on hand. She then asks in a mocking tone 'surely you have cash on you?'. Who walks around with money in this day and age?? The lady said we would have to go and order inside the branch as her machine was not working and there was nothing she could do about . We decided to drive off and go to the KFC branch at Gold Spot which is nearby. This one is not a drive-thru so we went inside. Here we were assisted by a rude lady who rolled her eyes and muttered something to her colleague when I asked for specific chicken pieces with our meals. Again when it came time to pay we were told that the card machines were not working. Hubby and I left again and proceeded to the KFC branch at Dawpark because we pass that branch anyway on our way home. We join the drive thru and order our meals but when we get to the window we are told that they do not have anymore chicken and we would have to wait another 20 minutes. At this point we are fuming and we simply left with nothing. Those wrapster meals were honestly not worth all the trouble and inconvenience that we encountered. I am shocked and extremely disappointed! The staff at all three branches do not seem to understand what customer service is at all. They all seem to have poor management! What shocks me is that this happened at not one but three different KFC's. One cant help but wonder if this is how KFC in its entirety does business. Absolutely shocking!
