****** and lies, zero customer care

I recently bought at KFC online for R283, after paying by card their system gave me an error and saying we apologise for the incovenience, i phoned KFC and they told me that my order was cancelled because they had no drivers. I then asked about my money, till now they do not want to refund me my money and they've been lying to me constantly and when i check their online they now say the order was completed. KFC why are you *****ing from me? Give me back my money, i need it!
