We ordered a family meal 10 pieces it includes 2 small hammburgers.While processing the order, we where told by the cashier that we will not be recieving any hamburger due to unavailibility of buns.After consultation with manager ,eventually we recieved it.On getting home we realized that the order was short of 1 piece.Iimediately phoned and spoke to a gentleman who said they'll have to replace the whole meal cause we where inconvenienced and the fact that we used R100 for Bolt Taxis up and down to go and buy KFC from the Kwa ThemaSquare. ONLY to be told by Kwa-Thema Square KFC manager that we have to come and fetch the 1piece.Imust use Bolt taxi again meaning spending R100 again on taxifare to rectify Kfc mistake at my expense?To collect 1 piece?I'm disgruntled and will never buy from Kfc again after Buying above-mentioned item every month for as long as the shop has been there.Managers problem solving skills are under.....Be careful when purchasing any Family meals from KFC stores.rather take it out piece by piece and count.
