An hour and a half for delivery... REALY???

We placed an order for delivery at 18:28 from KFC Hazeldean. By 19:50 it still wasn't here and we only live 10 minutes away so I decided to call again and they informed me that I will still receive my order. At 20:08 our gate called me to say that the driver is here... how the hell does it take more than an hour and a half for fast food??? I suspect that they forgot about the order until I called again but didn't want to admit it. Is this really KFC's standards??? I deeply regret placing the order in the first place and feel that giving such pathetic service to paying customers is unacceptable!
