Amazing customer service KFC

KFC wow amazing customer service! I have not been to a KFC in at least 3/4 years, we were always disappointed with oily and stale stock previously. We were thought we would try out the new KFC Olivedale and wow...food is fresh and crispy. I placed a substantial order at KFC Olivedale on 16th Feb, I was in person at the branch. I was in a bit of a hurry so I did not check the order. I got home and realised that 2 items were missing. It was too much effort to go back to the store in peak hour traffic - I opted to call the customer care line to report the missing items. Within an hour I received a sms with a voucher to go back the next day to collect the items that were missing. I had 2 really bad customer experiences in that week - so to have someone hear you, value your feedback and make up for human error...was oh so refreshing. Thank you KFC Olivedale and KFC customer care.. well done on the amazing food and your superb customer care...
