Always serve yesterday's food!!!! It's bad.

KFC GREENPOINT has got to be the worst with the food they served. I travel between Provinces and I was shocked when I heard that they had recenlty won best franchise or something...the food they serve is always old, chewy and dry. It is by far thee worst KFC I know in the country I swear. Yesterdays food is what's served, could be a racial thing I don't know because me an my colleagues always get old food. it is bad!!! Been in Capetown since 2023 Sep and I work right next to this KFC I always tell them that their food is not fresh and why, I only get apologies and old food still!!!I'm so annoyed as we spend so much and the prices recently went up. wanted to walk back and actually throw the food in their faces because wow. Why open a franchise if you not going to give your best service,I feel like the food is cooked somewhere else and the next day they get leftovers to sell. Yho! Bad Bad Bad service and I spent between R120-R160 they are cruel.
