Always problems

After not having KFC for a while (especially with previous bad experiences of missing items etc), decided to treat myself after a long day as it was the closest on my route. Ordered the "bucket for one" and a side of regular mash+gravy.

After waiting for my order my number is eventually called and as I go collect I'm told, "sorry we dont have mash, can I just give you gravy". Now surely one needs to know what's out of stock as it gets rung up, offering something else once your order is already packed is absurd and not good practice. A void and refund takes to long so reluctantly I had to take the gravy as I needed to get home.
