Always Out of Stock

This complaint applies to KFC franchise based at Umlazi Mega City and Umlazi V Section. Everytime I go to these to places, they always have excuses of not being able to serve ice-cream. It's either they say they are out of stock, or they are say the ice-cream is still too soft, or they say the ice-cream dispenser machine is non-functional. I usually go to buy from these places around the afternoon to the evening and it's always the same story everytime. And the attendants give customer the \don't care"attitude. This cannot go on any further!!!"""
