Always lacking

They're always out of at least 3 core items in their menu (ice cream, wings, fillet, mash). They're severely under staffed now due to covid and they deserve it. How do you run a food business that basically has no food in areas that aren't populated by the rich and privileged. I hope the next recession finishes you off and opens space for other food service providers to grow and absorb your staff.
