always happy in the past but last night disappointed in quality of chicken.

I am a regular customer to KFC Bartlett, Boksburg. The staff are ALL friendly, bubbly and very quick with their service. I usually order chicken and have had very few complaints in the past re the food. Last night however , I was very disappointed with the quality of the chicken. Dark brown and extremely oily and dry. All i can think off is it was either the oil that needs to be changed with fresh oil or I was given older pieces of chicken prepared earlier and just dipped in the oil so I could get it warm. I trust next week it will not be like that as I will be forced to go somewhere else. There is another KFC not so far from Bartlett, Boksburg where I bought in the past - also on a regular basis. If this is my way of thinking a lot of people will follow suit. No shortcuts should be app**** to food. Thank you
