Always getting the order wrong
Every Sunday evening we order KFC from the Plattekloof branch. This is now the fifth time in a row that I get home just to find that something in the order is either the wrong product or not there at all. It's not like I order 1 or 2 meals at a time. We order on average R350+ every Sunday. This is now forcing me to look for alternatives like Burger King.
