Always get the wrong order

I went to KFC brackenfell last night. And after waiting for about 8 minutes in the drive threw without moving, I decided to go inside. The reason the drive in wasn't moving was because of an argument at the front window. I placed my order and was told the waiting time for chicken was about 10 minutes. I sat patiently waiting for longer than that. When my order was called I was given a complete different order. Obviously someone else's meals. I then went back to get my order. Asked to make sure it was the right one only to be given the wrong order again. I'm sorry but that is ridiculous. So there again I got food I don't want to eat after wasting my money and even more of my petrol. It's just pathetic service. Maybe if I scream and shout and hold up the whole store then I will get the order I paid for.
