Always full of excuses

Well Kilnerpark KFC surely needs new management or needs to be closed down and rather be replaced with a burger King or McDonald's. Every time I go the for a treat they are full of excuses. Like tonight I wanted to get a P.S crusher for me and my family and drove all the way to let me know the promotion ended but on the website and on the menu boards there are still crushers advertised. So I would like to know who managed it so terribly. KFC is really starting to become a complaining paradise.
