Always disappointed at KFC Bothasig

KFC Bothasig has the worst service. We just waited more than 30 minutes for an order placed at the drive through. When we finally got our order, it was incomplete. They thought I wouldn't notice. Then I had to wait another 5 minutes for the order to be completed. When we got our food it was cold so I don't know why we had to wait so long because clearly it wasn't just made....
